Sexually attractive attributes are universal, an actual pedo likes childlike bodies and pretty much none of the most popular pokégirls has a childlike body, in fact they're usually depicted with noticeably wide hips. A lot are flat-chested but that's a moot point when plenty of adult women are flat as well - the average adult boob size is actually quite "small", people's expectations are skewed by porn and anime fanservice.
I always say this shit, I wouldn't try to date a teenager for a number of reasons, but a hot girl is a hot girl and I won't pretend to be disgusted at the eye candy, not to myself at least (I have a sense of survival).
