I live in the Caribbean and I freeze at just 15°C. However, I see Canadians or Russians playing in -20°C areas or swimming in cold water as if it were nothing, but they suffer heat stroke if they do strenuous activities on the beach where I live, especially during the dry season (here we only have dry and wet seasons).
Her counterpart would be Professor Laventon who finds Hisui's climate very cold, which is strange, I thought the UK was a cold region, unless he really belongs to Poke-India, a region with a warmer climate.
