Sableye is a pretty random Mega to push alongside Lucario. It's cool to see it get attention, but I'm surprised they didn't go with a more "popular" Mega

It's the contrast, Ult is annoying and bratty to make Roy look mature in comparison, Sableye is "lame" and "goofy" to make Lucario look cool in comparison.

They CAN animate it moving, the issue is having to carry that heavy gem around.

Also I like the detail of it swallowing the gem to put it back in its chest and change back
