Take like 40 stats from it's phisical stat.
Spread it with the additional mega stat boost to its phical defense, special drfense, and special attack
Give it an ability that gives sound based moves priority
It wouldnt be the best thing ever but it could atleast kill shit without immediately dying. Could get priority roar and maybe a new move that's like howling but for special attack instead of phical attack.
