These are some pretty obscure questions, so I thought I would first ask /vp/ for answers.

First Scenario:
>Downloaded Brilliant Diamond on Day 1
>Downloaded Limited-Time Event Items Platinum Outfit & Oak's Letter
>Save Data Directly to Switch Lite
>Switch Lite Gets Water Damage & Dies
>Start New Game on New Switch
>No Downloads
Is there any way to retrieve my old game from my old Switch? The Switch won't turn on anymore, but I bet the data is still on there.

Second Scenario:
>Played Legends: Arceus Day 1
>Got to Credits, then Deleted Data for Another Go-Around
>Got to Credits Again
>Switch Lite Bricked
>Don't Care, Played 3rd New Game on New Switch
>Collected 'em All, Caught Arceus
>Played Brilliant Platinum on New Switch
>Picked Up Azure Flute from House at Beginning of Game
I want to restart my Brilliant Diamond file, but I'm worried that I'd lose my Azure Flute. I still have my Legends: Arceus save. If I delete my Brilliant Diamond save, will the Azure Flute be available again for the new playthrough?
