i'm not sure if shouldermon effects can be coded to check for abilities or moves yet but just go off whether or not the species in question can have the ability/move in general and not if the specific set has it
>speedanything with 80+ speed or speed boost such as torchic/yanma
>hastesandshrew, aron, drilbur, bunnelby, nincada, trapinch, gible, sandile, durant, grubbin, pawmi, greavard, anything that has dig/rock smash (haste I) or drill run/brick break (haste II)
>strengthanything with 80+ attack grants strength II; anything with 100+ attack grants strength II
>jump boostflying types, spoink,
>regenerationanything with regenerator/triage
>resistanceanything with 80+ defense (resistance I), 100+ gives resistance II and 120+ gives resistance III
