Because what L: A started as ended up different to what L: A endced up being. And by end of project, they had toyed with starting the game in the protag's bedroom from DPPt/BDSP. That it mirrored DPPt/BDSP taking this aspect in mind (unchosen PC becomes professor's assistant), never mind showed that 100 years prior to events, there were significant characters that were seemingly related to other named characters from the modern era but no chosen PC relation (ie no lucas ancestor NPC, if the boy was chosen, no Dawn NPC ancestor if the girl was chosen, because they got sent back and became a grandfather paradox). The english website even backs this up, introducing the characters as "the MC AND Rei OR Akari" before clarifying Akari only appears if the male MC is chose and Rei only appears if the female MC is chosen. Meaning the MC is a different person to the Hisui researchers and one striaght-up doesn't exist, becauise the genderflip don't work if they do.

We know for the Tera leak that the room is actually in the real world, the MC is isekaid literally while playing Let's Go's intro with Oak greeting them, which matches with how you can say your world didn'thave pokemon in the final game, retard
Also the male is clearly Lucas ancestor and the female is Dawn's regardless of your choice retard nevermind there doesn't even have to be an ancestor there, not every character got an ancestor (see Barry)

But the Pokemon games exist in the Pokemon world. Red and Green are on sale in the original games department store as are the remakes in FRLG. I’m pretty sure that reference still exists in let’s go

Why do people keep saying this, it isn't true. Celadon department store has SNES in Gen 1 and NES in Gen 3, and when you check them the dialogue says "It's a sports game. Dad would like this!"
