(Keeping in mind that not all implants look the same. On someone completely flatchested they look like rock hard bolt-ons, whereas other women get them who already have quite a bit of heft, and just want to inflate them a bit. They will of course have a more nautral-seeming droop and overall be more tasteful. Still fraudulent though.
