Announcing Gen 10 before PLZA even releases will literally suck any and all attention away from PLZA, and many people (not addicts like me) would think "oh, I'll skip this one and wait for the one that comes out 4 months later, looks much more interesting". I guarantee you that the people who want to make money from both games aren't oblivious to that, either.
I think the most Gen 10 info you could hope for next month is some form of confirmation that the game is due for release next year, like we got in June 2018 for SWSH during LGPE's pre release. Although, that was dropped less than a week after LGPE were revealed and was likely done to placate consumers or investors that a "real" Pokémon game was coming to Switch, but that was and is speculation. Whatever the case, we'll just have to wait and see, but I wouldn't expect anything beyond the acknowledgement that the games exist in some form, no logos, no names, nothing.
