>>57867799It's not really the best grading system to just count percentages like that since some games could have lots of very young characters who you wouldn't expect to have big tits anyway, so it kind of skews the results.
I decided to give each named character a score that's based on their size as well as perceived age, then tally up the points and average them to see the average score of the region. The baseline is 1 point for mediums, .5 for small, and 2 for big. However if a character is perceived as being a young titty monster, they instead get 3 points, and if a character is a full grown adult/late teen and are small, they get .25 points. This way someone like May/Rosa get extra points while someone like Lusamine gets docked points. Mediums of any age are standard 1 point and a small young or big adult will get the regular .25/2 respectively. Might seem weird but this works for me, you can always try your own ranking

Paldea - 1.05
So the region with the highest average titty score is actually still Johto, with the lowest average score being a tie between Sinnoh and Alola
