Not really a problem in SV because you can decide yourself when to progress with the story cause of the open world format. No more Lillie barging in out of fucking nowhere to force you to escort her useless ass.
Most of /vp/ will tell you that SV is complete shit but fact is that they haven't played it. It sure runs and looks like shit (the better performance doesn't fix the shitty graphics) but it's a good Pokémon game still.

I have 220h on it and i 100%'d both the base game and the dlcs, it's a fun game but it's still remains a 4/10 game from a quality standpoint

Says who? Where is it stated that it's a LOCKED 60 fps? Where is it stated that the ridiculous pop in has been fixed? Where is it stated that they solved the memory leak issue that made the game run worse the longer you played it? You saw some cherry picked screen shots and seconds worth of footage and are already hailing this patch as the 2nd coming. This is Gamefreak here. Why are we setting our hopes so high???

I mean, obviously. But I haven't seen a single person be honest about this supposed game fixing Patch. Everyone is just assuming it's going to be a locked 60 fps with all other issues fixed. Literally NONE of that has been stated in any official source, but everyone is assuming the game will be fixed ans no one is pushing back on this. It's baffling. This is Gamefreak. Tagtree thicket, Bamboo Groves, hell, the entire region of kitakami ran like ass. Just flying across the over world caused the games reality to flicker in and out of existence.
