of course they will, the entire purpose of megas is the give the pokemon they love the most broken super saiyan forms make them destroy the meta to shill them. They'll be in gen 10 and a few gens after.

Highly unlikely, they will be available in Champions, but no reason to expect them to bring back having multiples megas in one gen, like they aren't bringing back national dex.
Every game will have its own dex and gimmick now.
