If they can't, they're not omnipotent, but if they COULD, they wouldn't be omnipotent either. Not how this works, Eternatus' lore is baked into Pokémon world lore and that's headed up by the Original One, emerging from the Egg, creating Palkia and Dialga, to create it and the Pixies to bring life to it. I know you cunts like tpo squeal "Game Freak don't care about their lore" but what it's really saying to me is "Game Freak don't care for my headcanons". Lore works fine to me, when you're not trying to fit childish assumptions or ideas into what's presented by Game Freak the last 29 years.
