Maybe long reach is the problem? What if it had +1 priority to all offensive moves with 75% accuracy? Or all its moves had critical hit effect?
I think Decidueye needs exclusive arrow type moves with interesting effects such as stronger, ghost type sucker punch like move or else

Radical Red gave it 100 speed, thousand arrows and tinted lens, and it's still half a shitter. Not much else they could do without making it too busted on purpose.

Life Orb Poltergeist hits like a motherfucker, too bad that's the only thing Decidueye has going for it. Being created with Sinister Arrow Raid in mind is really telling that you don't balance around a gimmick when it's just gonna be dropped next gen.

Shit back in gen7 I ran Z-Tailwind for auto Crit Leaf Blades/Shadow Claws which was very fun. But even then it needed Bulu support, half the time it'd be knocked into Overgrow & Grass is just that bad of a coverage type.

70 Speed still fucking sucks, I was hopeful that Trailblaze would do something but fuck no, unless it gets like the equivalent of Shift Gear in the future it'll always be gen3's wet dream which is kinda disheartening.

Low kick is a nice addition tho
