The smogtards can fight it if they want, try and argue their battle sim is different to TPC's thus not competition. But that'll cost a FUCKLOAD of money and in the end, the court's going to side with the rights-holders and enact a court-ordered shutdown becaause they're using Game Freak/Nintendo/Creatures IP illegally. the fact Champions will be a thing in this world means showdown's on a timer. Because as soon as TPC put competition up, they're going after any and all official sims (again, smogon GLOATED about the fact they were on an ecosystem TPC had not broached, thus were not actually in competition against them, thus were free to carry one. Well that's coming to an end, TPC are entering the market and will absolutely have the law on their side when they take Finchy boy to court (or whoever the fuck actually owns the place, wee shit's getting nailed to the wall by his ballsack. I'd bet money the legal team at TPCi are just GAGGING to get the wee shit up before a judge).
