The region expands to three more towns; there are no cities.
Instead of Gym leaders and evil teams, you have to defeat the different family clans in the region.
The new Pokémon will be regional forms of Johto Pokémon mixed with classic Yokai. Maybe 12 new pokemon
As an added bonus, the return of classic characters like Lance and Clair visiting relatives of the Dragon clan
