Perhaps because she wasn't a rival to Ash or Iris, as was the case with Trip, Bianca, Stevie, and Georgia.

I still had hopes that she would appear in the Brock and Cylan episode during the series' farewell.

A bully Sylveon, a hyperactive Tinkaton, or a Granbull trained to hunt dragons would have been perfect for her, while Burgundy prefers European elegance, so I don't know if a Corviknight, Aegislash, Sirfetch'd, Galarian Weezing, or a Polteageist that matches her hair would be perfect.

A Tinkaton and a Corviknight for each of them would be perfect, just for the sake of comedy.
