That's not min-max you brainrot zoomer. Min-max would be Blast Burn/Focus Punch/Double Edge/Sunny Day. The moves I picked are based on a starter having HMs and balanced moves to take on gyms. Back to smogon faggot.

Phys charizard is better in ADV. Besides NPCs have 0 IVs/EVs which means the 10% decrease from nature is negligible. If you're that concerned grind for a while in pokémon tower to get SPAtk EVs

of course it did take 3 more generations after that to let you fix bad IVs without having to breed an entirely new mon which is still 3 generations too many
