Smogon has doubles, they will occasionally post strats.
Munchstats is also a very good website for usagd information. Regulation I is the current format which means it's double restricted teams(legendaries).
NAIC was kind of a dogshit tournament to watch, but it was good if you want to know what's the best currently.
