I don't get how people can replay Pokemon games over and over. The story is always pretty bad and using different mons is not even that different when you just press stab anyway. The only fun parts are when you engange with the community at the start of gens or play comp/ shiny hunt.

Part of the appeal to the old games was how long they were. It made the relationship you built with your Pokémon feel a lot more important.
