They're also the ones who fund the games, TPC have no input whatsoever into production, beyond what they get contracted to work on the games (like providing models, translations, other minor production shit).
Funny how the one company that earns the most off any individual new pokémon game release continues to fund dual versions, remakes and other titles in the main series, when they get publisher's cut on every release, 1/3rd the profits generated by TPC during any Generation, both in particular and in general and 100% of the proceeds of each and every console system sold alongside a pokémon game release. TPC WISHES it was Nintendo. But they'll never be, as long as they have a boomer who doesn't understand the modern era ("i think switch will fail because people liek mobiles").
