I can frankly see it going one of two ways:
>reference the Yamata no Orochi origins turning the wings into heads making it lose levitation as an ability in favor of another(preferable a new one to give it immunity to fairy types)
>reference the origins as a tank/its' paradox mon/mecha king ghidorah by turning it into a cyborg dragon/steel type also to deal with those fairy types

If they gave it Terrain Pulse as a TM that would actually be a good ability. It'd lose Levitate, but in doing so it'd touch the ground and gain access to new, now boosted, coverage moves.

We had to deal with Sap Sipper Swampert talk for the six months leading up to ORAS. It's okay for a Pokemon to have a x4 weakness.
