>Bugsy: Ledyba, Spinarak, Scytherreplace the two cocoons with pokemon that can do shit. ledyba gets both screens at level 25, but if you don't want to go that high it can still confuse with supersonic. spinarak has night shade for consistent damage, scary face to lower speed, and ideally its learnset would be tweaked so it keeps poison sting at a higher level.
>Whitney: Snubbull, Clefairy, MiltankWhitney's team is honestly fine as-is but Snubbull fits her personality well and it's a pokemon that is otherwise extremely forgettable. Clefairy has to stay because of the gym.
>Morty: Gastly, Haunter, Misdreavus, Gengaran obvious answer, but a correct one nonetheless.

Hitmontop is a bad choice for him. if you're going to have two fighting specialists, you need to differentiate them somehow. Bruno's team is all about discipline and technique with the hitmons, while Chuck's is centered around raw strength.

>Pryce: Delibird, Dewgong, PiloswineDelibird actually learns a lot of moves through TMs, which ties into the theme of Pryce's whole team. Pryce's pokemon are weaker than those of Chuck and Jasmine, but he's an experienced trainer who knows how to make the most of them through TMs, egg moves, and held items. hopefully that will let him slot into either the 5th or 7th gym leader role, he should be equally difficult at any point in the game and I think the best way to do that is to have a boss that messes with the player somewhat.
