Shueisha doesn't want that to happen and mentioned Iyoku being a control freak, so they're getting ready to tussle at court with Capsule Corp Tokyo along with possibly Toei as well.
Iyoku is basically Toriyama's right hand man, a Torishima lackey, and basically gave Toyotaro the job. He has a bold vision for franchise but is also co-resposible for nostalgia slop elements of Super/Daima and other good or bad things of modern Dragon Ball.
