Then, once the third Legends give whatever gimmick to Serperior, Incineroar and Primarina, they will need to give the same gimmick to Emboar, Samurott and Decidueye.
So, approaching this line of though, it's not just "these 3 need mega", but "we'll need to include 12 new forms that weren't originally planned because every starter from a trio needs to share the same forms".
