The reason I posted the calc because if the strongest U-turn in the game doesn't even threaten it, that means that U-Turn does nothing to detriment it, and it remains in Ubers.
There are no bases for any of the statements made for Deoxys-D's reasoning for putting it in lower tiers. U-Turn doesn't matter because it recovers all the damage from it. Defog doesn't matter because it has base 90 speed and Taunt. None of these things prevent Deoxys-D from doing the job that it does, in which the Smogon community decided that it was so oppressive that it needed to be banned.
This is why I say the things I do. Because it is super obvious when people do not play these formats in the time when they were relevant.
