>Lake TrioYou need to encounter them at their lakes after the events at the Spear Pillar are complete. Mesprit will roam, but will still be seen in your dex (you need that to track roamers in the first place anyway).
>Dialga/PalkiaIn Platinum you can catch the trio directly, but in DP you can get the opposite one's dex entry via the painting in the Celestic Ruins.
>RotomYou need to encounter it in the Old Chateau at night.
>ManaphyThere's a book in the Pokemon Mansion owned by Mr. Backlot that has Manaphy's dex entry.
Cresselia and Heatran are not needed because they can't be encountered until after you have the National Pokedex.
