It really feels like nothing in gens 1-4 was bad enough to deserve a spot. I feel like pokemon had been pretty high quality in terms of designs overall, I really enjoyed gen 7's dex, but these last two gens have just been particularly bad.

A ghost making a body of gold coins is a perfectly fine concept for a pokemon, but the execution is disappointing for how hard its pushed.
