1. Fueled by nostalgia that makes them hyperanalyze every single minute detail, and paint it as if it were the greatest thing in the world. Rinse and repeat for X amount of hours.
2. Extremely negative, repeating the same arguments everyone knows but exaggerating them just so they can stretch every issue into a 10-minute-long rant.
I haven't seen the ones you posted, so I can't tell you if they have the same problems I mentioned. But I'm extremely exhausted from watching video essays that do that, so I don't risk it anymore.
If your script lasts more than hour, you can most likely trim it into a single hour.
