Why won't pokemon make an actual pg 13 anime adaptation of the pokemon adventures manga.

Their audience is full of menchildren.
Their franchise is dying out.

Why won't they just make a mature adaptation of their manga.

Pokemon is a children's franchise. Making something for an older audience would ruin its "all-ages" reputation. Pokemon as a franchise is known for having zero violence or sexual content. It's squeaky-clean like Mario.

The Pokemon Adventures manga is not "mature", in terms of demographics (which Japan has five of), it's aimed at the lowest

There's

>Kodomomuke - Stuff targeted at children (Pokemon is here)
>Shonen - Stuff targeted at boys
>Shojo - Stuff targeted at girls
>Seinen - Stuff targeted at adult men
>Josei - Stuff targeted at adult women

PokeSpe doesn't even qualify as a shonen

Because doing so would require adapting older gens that aren't being currently shilled.
Also, why even make it mature? If you're not gonna adapt pokespe then just make an original story.

Why would they when they've never acknowledged this manga once in anything? People coped about Let's Go referencing special with the Pallet Town trio's starters when it was really just referencing the one drawing of all 3 Sugimori made back in gen 1.
The Clefairy manga has been more acknowledged than special. The one where Charmander bites Red's testicle and Pikachu takes a huge shit in a river.

I don't remember that being brought up in the GSC arc and only remember it first coming up in FRLG arc where the games had already so strongly hinted that he was his son that there was little room for debate. If it happened in the manga first then it's entirely possible that it was something Kusaka was told by GF.

Rescue Team had a 20 minute long episode released for it. Explorers Time/Darkness got a 20 minute episode as well and then another one for explorers sky. The best all the other spin-offs got aside from detective pikachu were episodes tied to the main anime featuring Ash.

I guess, but the guy says kid (though that might just be a translation thing). Either way if FRLG arc was the first mention of Silver being Giovanni's son then it's more likely Kusaka just got confirmation on that from GF rather than PokeSpe coming up with the idea first.
