Not one. Every other game has at least one battle that requires some thought. Here are the hardest battles in thevother regions based on my research and personal experience.
Kanto has Sabrina
Johto has Clair and Red
Hoenn has Norman and Steven
Sinnoh has Cynthia (though I never found her hard personally)
Unova has Ghetsis and Elesa
Unova 2 has Iris
Alola has most of its totem battles
Galar has Leon
Paldea has AI Professor and most of Indigo Disk
Of course difficulty is mostly subjective. It's clear by looking at the games and their mechanics that XY is the easiest.
