Lusamine has more resources, but Sada is so paranoid that she was pulling Death Note levels of insane planning (I will build a robot version of myself that will protect my machine incase I die, and I will build a back up override system incase that robot gains a consciousness against my plans, and then I'll make pokeballs not work incase somebody manages to almost defeat the robot). Sada will have already thought of how to defeat them all several moves ahead with backup plans for each of them. Oleana can't compete, while Penny sits in the corner quietly. Eventually they find out 'someone' hacked all their bank accounts and stole all their money, leaving Sada to suplex them all in rage to leave her as the victor.
