Pokemon Z was this game for years that felt more like a conspiracy more than anything else. I honestly thought that when we finally got X/Y remakes, we'd instead get an X-Z and Y-Z to make up for what we lost. Ash-Greninja is my favorite Pokemon, so I was hoping we'd finally get him in something outside of S/M. Kalos has so much potential as a fall game, it sucks that the first ones are so incomplete.

Z-A isn't even a full region or map, just a city. No matter how big they make that city, it'll feel small and like we're just being given scraps. Focusing on other starters when the Kalos starters feel like they're incomplete, missing Bond Phenomenon forms or Megas, also feels like being robbed. Charizard has two megas, but none of the Kalos starters have one. I'm also a bit biased against the new starters. I hate Gen 2 and think it introduced almost zero good Pokemon, especially the boring starters, and think Tepig is just fine.
