What's your headcanon for the in universe explanation of cross gen evos, alternate forms, or alternate evolution methods. It doesn't really make much sense that people in Kanto weren't nice to their Golbats/Eevees but people in Johto were. Or how do you explain why people in Hoenn didn't try evolution stones on their Roselia or Kirlia.

Also who was the person who was too lazy to make their Feebas beautiful and decided to just trade it holding a pretty scale.

Also do you consider cross gen evos as still belonging to the first forms native region as long as the evolution method isn't region specific
