Like if you put the effort into finding a Feebas that's earlier in the game that's infinitely more bang for your buck than wasting your single Deep Sea Scale for Gorebyss
And there's infinitely better options like Swampert, Gyarados (which didn't need to be in this game), Ludicolo, Whiscash, Wailord, Crawdaunt AND Kingdra, which is just as hard to get but actually worth the effort. Even Pelipper or Tentacruel are still better
