I can't stand the retarded community defending this poketuber or that poketuber because "they are wholesome", "they do it for the community", "they do giveaways". All of them drive attention to the manufactured hype and FOMO, even the ones like opossum who make sterile content that is just commenting reddit posts and videos and repeating "bohoo hobby is bad, but I'm good", at the end of the day they just farm views.
Notice how no one of the """good""" poketubers even open packs anymore, they don't comment the artworks, they don't show their collections. They just comment the state of the hobby and copy each other. Something bad happened? the mcdonald shit, or a theft at a convention, or a whatnot scam? You can be 100% sure there will be a rattle vid, then an opossum vid, then another 10 vids copypasted with people commenting the fact "ohhh see hobby bad scalpers bad, anyway thanks for watching like and subscribe".
Or guys like pokeNE who are just me me me me and my shop I'm the best I would totally save the hobby but distributors bad.
Or guys like Phantump who cries "hobby bad" for 2 videos and then goes back on track with 20 videos of CRAZY MARKET PRICES AND CHARTS.
