3-Pedophilia arises most often at puberty. Plus, a sexual orientation like homosexuality/pedophilia can't be changed through conditioning contrary to what no-fappers might say. So if you weren't exclusively and overwhelmingly attracted to IRL children around/after puberty, then any loli hentai you fap to in adulthood is probably due to reason 2 above or maybe because you really like a particular set of characters (emotional connection, waifu status, etc)

No study has been done to calculate the percentage or incidence rate. We don't have evidence that the overlap is 100%, 80%, 50%, 20%, etc. Also, based on the offender data we do have, the number one thing to look out for is antisociality (the clinical definition, not just being a loner). So if someone faps to loli but isn't clinically antisocial, then it might just be a preference in masturbatory aid and not a deeper desire to prey on IRL children
