I'm not a huge fan of mythicals in general, though I guess some are fine, but I felt like after Mew and Celebi the archetype of base 100 in everything was kind of tired, and while I like Manaphy reasonably as its successor design I think Jirachi is just kind of boring. Especially with the Psychic/Steel typing that to this day I don't think makes sense. Deoxys was the better gen 3 mythical by a lot. Still I don't really hate it, just don't like it.
>pikaclonesThis one's easy, I just never cared for pikachu and every pikaclone since was somehow much worse anyway, AND they felt like lazy shillmons. They're not unsalvageable but I just hate them over all. I really think we wouldn't lose anything by not having them in gens 4/5/6/7/8. The Pawmi line was pretty good though at least, I'll point out, so it's not just blind hatred.
