Either way, its a credits page with nude Misty. The Orange Islands flat Misty where the mangaka decided to HARD reverse course on the busty one in the first few volumes.

I have the Viz volumes and they just used "Mom" there to make it fit (and since Ash always called her that). Makes me wonder if that's not the Chuang Yi Singapore translation, which translates some of the censored stuff itself and is incredibly ESL sounding for a former British colony that still speaks English today.
