I would say Chlorophyll because it's an ability no other mega has but the leaked description doesn't make it sound very speedy, BUT ALSO I wouldn't want it to just be a lesser Mega Venusaur

Remember when they only gave Mega Alakazam +90 BST in gen6 because they forgot that they buffed its base form's by 10? And keep in mind that they didn't make the same mistake with Ampharos and its mega.
