The latest confirmed instance of visible blood in the main Pokémon TV series occurs in “Saving Braviary!” (Black & White series, episode BW114, aired Japan Nov. 2012). In that episode, Team Plasma grunts attack N and the injured wild Braviary – they send out a Zangoose and Seviper whose Scratch and Bite moves strike N and Braviary, causing both to fall and become wounded.
Bulbapedia note that N’s face is shown repeatedly with a bleeding wound throughout this episode (Braviary also has scratches). In other words, the blood on N’s wound is depicted on-screen. This scene appears in the original Japanese version and is retained unchanged in the English dub (no cuts or edits removing the blood are noted)
