They won't have them in Z-A, but they'll definitely have abilities in Champions. As for my guesses:

Dragonite: multiscale
Victreebel: corrosion

Legends games do not have abilities.
Legends Z-A doesnt have abilities because they'd all need to be completely reworked because it has a real time combat system that isnt comparable with the original battle system at all.
The abilities will be revealed for Pokemon Champions, which is where the traditional turn-based multiplayer battles will be held from now on.

No, datamining from Z-A won't tell you either, because they'll probably be changed between games just like how they changed their mind on abilities for Hisui mons in Arceus.
