>>58154532There are a lot of early mons that need a complete overhaul. Changes made in following generations just would wreck havoc. Splitting the Special stat was devastating to some Pokemon. When they added abilities, not only were many underpowered by today's standards, but they were handed out in bulk to previous Pokemon who all needed new ones. Game Freak didn't really have time to sit out thinking up creative new abilities for old mons.
They need to release, like, a Gold/Silver game that acts like a soft reboot. All the old Pokemon get new stat lines, new abilities, lots of new signature moves, and new form changes for some
