Is there any reason to play original Diamond or Pearl over Platinum or BDSP? Maybe something as obscure as proper Ranch and Battle Revolution connectivity, or Battle Tower difficulty? Font? Menus? Literally any reason?

Battle Revolution works with any Gen 4 game and for Ranch there's the Platinum update but that's only japanese so idk if it works with english Platinum

Wow, takes away two version exclusives and two returners with new evolutions. But yeah PBR literally treats Heart and Soul as if they were Diamond and Pearl, I believe.
