people talk about virus groudon, people talk about the cloned pokemon from the first movie, people even talk about mechamew2 to some extent

Aside from the Oak stuff this movie is rarely talked about compared to the other OS movies. The cg just genuinely looks terrible and the whole sequence never stuck with me as a kid. I know “it looks like a digimon” is pretty much a meme, but kaiju Celebi really does look like a Digimon.

It has the same body shape as Darkrai, which makes me think Celebi’s designer (who also did Darkrai) designed CG Celebi too.

its because pokemon 4ever is the worst of the OS movies, while every film around it from the first to somewhere around deoxys-darkrai era is someones favorite.
