Starters: Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup
Plot: You're a foreigner from Sinnoh, who has moved into Floccesy Town, Unova. You're then greeted by a young, nerdy Cedric Juniper, who tells you that pokeballs have just been imported here recently and that it's caused a craze here. He shows you to the recently opened pokemon lab, where a young, hyperactive Alder and a new character professor is waiting. The professor comments how she was initially was going to give Alder and Cedric two starter and keep one for herself, but is willing to give one to you if you promise to unleash it's full potential. The starters are convergents of Turtwig(Fire), Chimchar(Water), and Piplup(Grass). After that, the professor asks you to fetch something from Aspertia City. Once you come back to the lab, you're met with angry young Ghetsis and his rich parents hounding the professor for the rare pokemon(despite already having pokemon himself). He turns to you and then, challenges you to a battle for that pokemon. He loses, vows for revenge and then, him and his parents storm off. That's the beginning pitch.
