the bike lizards were a copy of nebby where they attached the box art legendary as a companion for the game before you catch them but it fell through when I looked around on scarlet/violet stuff. didnt live up the reveal of nebby, the use of them being vehicles lead to excusing a bland open world since you were expected to drive everywhere, and the event that made you get them and their backstory was dumb.
origin forms look like complete dogshit on top of shitting on already good designs.
dogs win by virtue of being a tame idea and not sucking as hard, shield dog was a little odd looking but it was fine compared to the rest of galar's new pokemon and the sword dog is cool design.
