>>58185768I mean Black/White is still kinda part of Scarlet-Violet HYPE-era. we are at the end of a sv-generation.
The next pokemon game didn't come out yet.
When it comes out - boomers and scalperfags will be scared of "new weird goofy pokemon i can not understand".
They will see stuff like Mega Victribell Full Art and lose interest.
Just like they lost interest when SV base set was released and those baseball cap wearing sneakerhead boomers were scratching their head on yotuube channels and saying stuff like "UHHH...WE GOT...UH...THIS NEW ...MOTORCYCLE DRAGON...FROM THAT GAME...I THINK MY SON PLAYS IT...SIGH I DONT KNOW ANY POKEMON AFTER SECOND GENERATION".
and then at the snap of a finger a lot of pokemon channels just died - i saw it with my own eyes lol.
And it lasted exactly 1.5 years. I had time to buy stuff from Sw/Sh era.
The most amazing time was when Crown Zenit cards were piss cheap. I remember those gold cards being like 60-70bucks...
PS:
It's literally just G1 boomers...all the time.
s/v started to get hype around 151. Destined Rivals is literally a "boomer set"...
and...i'm actually kind of a boomer so i get why it's so popular haha
PS:
But yeah let's hope that the hype dies when the new "weird shitty game for kids" comes out and boomers will feel out of touch and uninterested...
