Mega Flygon was basically perma-deconfirmed by getting namedropped in that Nintendo Dream interview. GameFreak NEVER reveals information like that unless it's under the explicit pretense of "we're only telling you this because it's a permanent piece of the scraps bin", like Gorochu.

Electric Surge would be better on the base form, since it can hold an extender, Choice Specs, etc
