Nah, my main fetish (inflation) came from all the inflation gags in the cartoons I watched as a kid, and my pregnancy kink was probably just a branch-off of that. Why so many cartoons/games pre-2k used and overused inflation gags all the time, I don't know.
I will say that the only kink I've ever picked up from vidya in particular is the far more recent scene of Noelle with the Snowgrave route and putting the thorn ring on her actually managed to give me a control kink though, so good on Toby for turning something that's supposed to be evil and Baddy Bad into something that adds a little zing to some of the stuff I fap to.
